The NFL 2026 play-offs started with the Wild-card round at the start of January in the race to succeed the Philadelphia Eagles as the Super Bowl winners.
There was ample entertainment in the initial stage, which featured wins for the Los Angeles Rams, the Chicago Bears and the Buffalo Bills.
The San Francisco 49ers, New England Patriots and Houston Texans also advanced early on the road to Super Bowl LX, which was won by the Seattle Seahawks, beating the Patriots.
