An Australian-born executive who began in finance, Frank Trimboli co-founded Base Soccer with Leon Angel and helped grow it into one of Europe’s most influential football agencies. In 2019 Base was acquired by CAA Sports to form CAA Base, where Trimboli is Co-Head of Football.
He is known for a wide Premier League network, strong relationships in Italy, and bilingual (English/Italian) negotiation. Under his leadership, CAA Base expanded to a roster worth €1.35bn in aggregate value, with hundreds of clients across top leagues. His industry standing was recognized with a Globe Soccer “Best Agent” finalist nomination in 2023.
